These terms describe acceptable use of Cobb Angle Pro, an iOS measurement-aid app for Cobb angle review and documentation.

Clinical Use

Cobb Angle Pro assists with X-ray measurement workflows. It does not diagnose disease, recommend treatment, replace clinician judgment, or provide emergency medical advice.

Subscriptions

Pro features may require an auto-renewing subscription handled by Apple and RevenueCat. Pricing, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling follow the App Store account settings and Apple policies shown at purchase time.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying every measurement, using only de-identified labels when appropriate, and sharing exports only through destinations approved by your organization and privacy obligations.

Limitations

The app is provided as a measurement and documentation aid. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4AI Teknoloji is not liable for clinical decisions, data entered by users, or third-party sharing destinations.
